LEGEND FLEXICOAT (Water Proofing Roof Paint)

An effective water proofing membrane formulated with elastic polymer & solar heat reflecting pigments. The dried film of this product has a very good surface hardness & is resistant to UV radiation. It is capable to protect all types roof substrates e.g. concrete, tiles, timber, etc. The product forms a seamless elastomeric membrane able to cover minor cracks & resistant to water diffusion, with superb surface adhesion thus making it an ideal water proofing compound. Because of the presence of a UV inhibitor, the film has an extended working life.
